Becoming a certified Pilates instructor is no easy feat, it usually takes about a year of intense immersion into Pilates. The testing process includes practical and written tests on every piece of apparatus, all levels, modifications and learning how to work with all kinds of people. INTENSE!! Our education never stops. All of us are constantly studying from other instructors that inspire us and taking workshops so that we can ensure that our clients are always getting our very best.
