May Happenings at PCOV
This May we are bringing back POUND !
We kick it off with a Pop Up Pound Class Saturday May 7th at 9am. $16
Some spots are still available but you must RSVP. (321-305-6950) This class will sell out! Pound will be back on the schedule Wednesdays at 5pm starting May 11th. An additional class may be added if there is enough demand for it.
Saturday May 14th is PILATES DAY ! We will be celebrating all things Pilates . This is a free event , if you have been wanting to check out our studio and all the wonderful things we offer..well this is your chance! Keep an eye on our Facebook page (under events ) for the official schedule. Mini classes and a raffle for the chance to win a private Pilates session await you. Please RSVP ! 321-305-6950

The summer class schedule will be posted on the website this week. In the meantime call us if you have any questions about the schedule . We are excited to help you get summer ready. This May we are hitting it hard. Pilates, TRX, HIIT, HOOPS and Pound to name a few. The focus is getting fit, having fun and being strong!
