Spring Training at #PCOV

Spring is here (almost..it's in the 40's right now!) Spring one of my favorite times of year, it's busy at the studio, the weather is amazing and its time for March Mat-ness!

What is March Mat-ness? It's a celebration of Mr. Pilates original Pilates mat work taken directly from his book 'Return to Life'. Pilates studios allover the world particpate. We use social media to spread the love and share the passion of the Pilates method. My nerdy Pilates self is very happy to share my obsession with others. Pilates has done so much for me personally. I hope that March Mat-ness will inspire your own practice. March 1st the Mat-ness begins!

The new spring schedule is up and we have a few new classes

Thursdays at 5 pm is a 30 min Intro to TRX class ($10)

Thursdays at 530 pm TRX Interval Class (Int/Adv) NEW TIME

Fridays at 9am Pilates Mat (Beg/Int) NEW !

Second Saturdays 9am Pilates Mat & Props (Int/Adv) (starts 3/12)
