    We are a small boutique studio that caters to the individual. Our primary focus is You!  Whether it's a private Pilate's session tailored to your individual needs or a small group class, we modify for your level of fitness and concentrate on helping you build strength and flexibilty. Our goal for every client is to help them find balance in their health and wellness.

     

    Our small group classes are at a maximum of 8 people. This ensures that each client is getting the proper attention and assistance. The atmosphere at the studio is supportive, positive and fun! After you enjoy a fantastic workout, we guarantee that you will leave with a smile!

    ​What is Pilates ? 

     

    Pilates is a unique exercise method that improves both your mind and body. It's benefits are many, including a strong core, improved posture and flexible & toned muscles. Pilates reduces stress, promotes better balance and teaches you overall body awareness. It can be modified to suit all levels of fitness. It is truly for everyone! 

     

    In the words of Joseph Pilates  ...

     

    "In 10 sessions you will feel a difference, in 20 sessions you will see a difference and in 30 sessions you will have a different body!" 

    What is TRX?

     

    Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at the same time! It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, which is a high performance training strap that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises in either a private or group setting.

     

    TRX is an effective way to build muscle, while combining cardio with strength training. Don't be intimidated by the fact that it was created in the Navy SEALS.  Although TRX can be challenging, it is suitable for all fitness levels. Pilates & TRX are both core-based and compliment each other perfectly!
