What is TRX?
Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at the same time! It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, which is a high performance training strap that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises in either a private or group setting.
TRX is an effective way to build muscle, while combining cardio with strength training. Don't be intimidated by the fact that it was created in the Navy SEALS. Although TRX can be challenging, it is suitable for all fitness levels. Pilates & TRX are both core-based and compliment each other perfectly!
